Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management tool, which will grant you full command over your email mailbox accounts and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can create a new email mailbox account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can forward e-mails from one mailbox to another, finetune email filters, create auto-reply messages and defend your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain email account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages according to certain rules specified by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up a mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and set the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming email messages from one e-mail box to another, or even to several other e-mailbox accounts. Simply choose the mailbox you want to forward electronic mail messages from, then select the target email mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily configure the mail client of your liking to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or mobile device and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email mailbox will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple email accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to easily set up an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will do everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
